Imagine facing a crisis with nowhere to turn. The Compassion Campaign is the fundraising arm of the Forge Community Church; with an aim to raise money for our hardship fund.

Our Hardship Fund provides emergency support to households in Mid Suffolk who are experiencing financial distress—whether due to job loss, illness, or other unexpected challenges. Those in need are referred to us by professionals working in education, health care, or social care, ensuring help reaches the most vulnerable.

With your support, we can step in at critical moments, covering essential costs such as food, clothing, transport, energy bills, and vital household items like white goods. Every donation makes a real difference, ensuring no one in our community has to struggle alone. Join us in bringing hope and practical help to those who need it most.

In 2024, a total of 101 households received vital support through The Forge Community Church’s Hardship Fund, amounting to a generous contribution of £20,000 to assist those facing challenging circumstances. Through the generosity and compassion of our community, we were able to provide essential aid to individuals and families in need, offering hope and relief during difficult times.
