STAFF TEAM
The staff are responsible for implementing the vision and strategy of the Forge.
THE ELDERS
The Elders provide the general oversight and ultimate spiritual authority at The Forge.
Our Elders: Steve Urwin (chair), Mike Walsh, Ali Colchester, Oliver Westmancott, Sarah Cobbold and Steve Fenning (Senior Leader)
The Forge is a Registered Charity and a Company Limited by Guarantee. As such it has trustees and directors. The trustees and directors are the same people. The Elders are trustees and directors, and are supported by others who bring necessary expertise. Currently, Neil Serjeant serves as Company Secretary and Philip Freeman serves as Board Secretary.
10 Month Group Leaders
We believe that life is better connected – that you were made for community. Groups play a huge role in building this community at The Forge. Each group leader provides hands-on oversight and guidance to those in attendance.
The Serving Team Leaders
The Forge could not function without many volunteers giving their time and energy to the various serving roles. Each role requires leadership and we are blessed to have so many Serving Team Leaders that provide this.
