At The Forge Community Church, our mission is simple: to help people find and follow Jesus. Everything we do is shaped by that purpose, from our Sunday gatherings and community projects to the way we invest in people and serve our local communities.
We’re a growing church in Suffolk with a passion for creating environments that unchurched people love to be part of. That takes an incredible team of gifted, committed staff and volunteers who bring energy, creativity and excellence to everything they do.
We believe that every role at The Forge plays an important part in helping people encounter Jesus. Volunteer Roles
The Forge is built by people who generously give their time, skills and passion to serve others. Every Sunday gathering, community project and ministry is made possible because people choose to play their part.
From welcoming guests and making coffee to leading worship, working with children and young people, running production, supporting administration and much more, there are a wide variety of opportunities to serve. Every team is led by dedicated Serving Team Leaders who invest in, encourage and support those they lead, helping create healthy, thriving teams.
We believe that everyone has unique gifts that God can use to make a difference. Whether you have years of experience or are simply willing to get involved, we’d love to help you discover where you can best serve.
